By creating an account or using PrepTestAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use PrepTestAI. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. PrepTestAI is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
Each person may maintain only one free account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent the free question limit is prohibited and may result in account termination.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or use the service in ways that harm other users.
The free plan includes 5 practice questions per exam category. No credit card is required. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with reasonable notice.
The Pro plan is billed monthly at $15/month. You will be charged on the same day each month until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain Pro access until then. We do not prorate partial months.
If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
PrepTestAI is for your personal, non-commercial use to prepare for professional licensing exams. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the service.
You may not: scrape or bulk-download questions, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, share your account credentials, use automated tools to answer questions, or use the service in any way that violates applicable laws.
Practice questions are generated by AI for educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish our question content without written permission.
Sharing individual questions for study discussion purposes is acceptable. Bulk sharing, publishing question banks, or using content commercially is not.
All content on PrepTestAI — including questions, explanations, design, code, and branding — is owned by PrepTestAI or its licensors and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as feedback). By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the service.
Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited right to use the service as described.
PrepTestAI is a study tool designed to help you prepare for licensing exams. We do not guarantee that use of PrepTestAI will result in passing any exam. Exam outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
Our questions are AI-generated and reviewed for quality, but we do not warrant that every question or explanation is 100% accurate or reflects the most current version of exam content. Always verify state-specific regulatory requirements through official sources.
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to PrepTestAI. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or interruptions beyond our control.
PrepTestAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any state licensing board, testing organization, or regulatory body.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepTestAI's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
PrepTestAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, failed exams, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These limitations are a fundamental element of the basis of the bargain between you and PrepTestAI. The service would not be provided without these limitations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of PrepTestAI will be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
You agree to resolve disputes with PrepTestAI individually, not as part of any class or representative action.
These terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and PrepTestAI regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
